BUFFALO, NY – (UB/WKBW.com) University at Buffalo head football coach Jeff Quinn has announced his starting quarterback for the Homecoming weekend game versus Temple.
“After evaluation of practice this week, we’ve decided to start with Alex Zordich versus Temple,” said Quinn. “Both quarterbacks – Alex and Jerry Davis – are prepared to play and help this football team get better.”
Quinn also announced his captains for the game as seniors Josh Thomas, Davonte Shannon and Domonic Cook and junior Marcus Rivers will serve that role.
Kickoff is set for 12 noon at UB Stadium between the Bulls and the Owls.
