Buffalo (WKBW.com) There will be a change at the top of the athletics department at Niagara University. A source at NU confirms with Eyewitness Sports Director Jeff Russo that Director of Athletics Ed McLaughlin is leaving the school to take the AD job at Virginia Commonwealth University.
McLaughlin joined Niagara University in July of 2006.
WRIC in Richmond is reporting that McLaughlin will be introduced at a news conference at VCU on Tuesday morning at 11am.
