Syracuse Wins National Championship

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) - Cody Jamieson scored his second goal of
the game with 2:40 left in overtime as Syracuse rallied from a
three-goal, fourth-period deficit to beat Cornell 10-9 on Monday
and win its second straight NCAA lacrosse championship.
The Big Red took a 9-6 lead with 5:31 left in the fourth before
the Orange came back to win their unprecedented 11th college
lacrosse title.
Tournament Most Oustanding Player Kenny Nims scored with 4.5
seconds left in regulation to send the game into overtime.
Eight of Jamieson's nine goals this season have come during the
NCAA tournament.
