WEST SENECA, NY - (WKBW) St. Joe's quarterback Chad Kelly rushed for two touchdowns and passed for another, leading the Marauders past their rival Canisius on Saturday 34-20.

Kelly's highlight of the day was the game's final touchdown. With 8:52 remaining in regulation, St. Joe's facing third-and-goal at the eight yard line and holding a 26-20 lead, Kelly escaped a Crusaders tackler behind the line of scrimmage, then ran into the endzone to ice the game.

Canisius running back Mercer Timmis ran for 267 yards on 36 carries with 3 touchdowns.

St. Joe's has now won three straight over the Crusaders. Joe's improves to 2-1. Canisius falls to 2-1.
