BUFFALO, NY - (WKBW) Sabres General Manager Darcy Regier said Saturday night that the team has placed forward Ales Kotalik and defenseman Shaone Morrisonn on waivers. The move allows the Sabres to dump about $5 million from the salary cap.
If Morrisonn and Kotalik aren't claimed by Monday, they could be assigned to AHL Rochester.
