Buffalo (WKBW.com) After a disappointing season there are likely changes on the way for the Sabres, but they will not include a shakeup when it comes to Darcy Regier or Lindy Ruff.
A Sabres team official confirmed to Eyewitness Sports on Wednesday that both the General Manager and Head Coach will be back for the 2012-2013 season. Sabres President Ted Black was not made available for comment, but confirmed the same to the Buffalo News.
The Sabres finished 9th in the Eastern Conference, and missed the playoffs this season despite having one of the highest payrolls in the NHL. Regier and Ruff have been together in Buffalo for the last fifteen seasons.
