BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - Buffalo Sabres goaltender Ryan Miller returned to the practice ice Monday after missing the last four games to a lower-body injury.
Miller is hoping to return to the lineup sometime this week, and head coach Lindy Ruff suggested he may get back between the pipes on Thursday.
Rookie Jhonas Enroth was the third goalie at Monday's practice after starting two of the last three games.
Captain Craig Rivet missed practice again Monday due to an illness, while Nathan Gerbe participated in a non-contact role after suffering a broken jaw.
