BUFFALO, N.Y. (Sabres/WKBW) --- Buffalo Sabres General Manager Darcy Regier today announced that the Sabres have acquired a fifth-round selection in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft from the Florida Panthers in exchange for defenseman TJ Brennan.
The draft pick, which originally belonged to the New Jersey Devils, was previously acquired by the Panthers in a trade with the Los Angeles Kings.
Brennan has 21 games of NHL experience. He has one goal in ten games this season. He scored one goal in eleven games in 2011-12.
The 23-year-old was originally drafted by the Sabres 31st overall in 2007.
