Indians call up Lewis from Herd

CLEVELAND (AP) - The Cleveland Indians purchased the contract of
right-hander Jensen Lewis from Triple-A Buffalo on Friday.

The Indians also transferred outfielder David Dellucci from the
15-day to the 60-day disabled list. He had surgery on his left
hamstring June 28.

Lewis replaces righty Edward Mujica, who was optioned to Buffalo
on Wednesday. Lewis was 1-0 with one save and a 1.38 ERA in 10
games at Buffalo.
