Jeremy Sowers pitched seven shutout innings for his second win of the season as the Bisons won in Syracuse Tuesday night, 6-3. The Herd put five runs on the board in the eighth inning, and held on despite giving up three runs in the bottom of the ninth.
The same two teams continue their four-game set in Syracuse Wednesday night, with the first pitch scheduled for 7pm.
