LEXINGTON, KY - (WKBW) If Buffalo Bill Stevie Johnson has his way, his contract situation will be resolved sooner rather than later.
Speaking at halftime during the University of Kentucky basketball game on Saturday, the Bills receiver updated his status with the organization while talking with the Lexington media.
Johnson's agent met with the Bills brass at the scouting combine in Indianapolis on Friday. "Progress was made," Johnson said. "Hopefully, everything comes together within a week or so."
Johnson is due to become a free agent on March 13th.
