BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) The NFL has fined Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Kyle Williams and New England Patriots linebacker Brandon Spikes for plays during last Sunday's game at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
An NFL Spokesperson tells Eyewitness Sports Anchor Shawn Stepner that Spikes has been fined $21,000 for "unnecessary roughness (illegal blindside block)". Spikes hit Bills tight end Scott Chandler in the head in the fourth quarter.
Kyle Williams was fined $15,750 for roughing-the-passer and striking the quarterback below the knee area in the 3rd quarter. Williams hit Pats Quarterback Tom Brady around the knees while trying to make a tackle.
