Orchard Park (WKBW.com) The Buffalo Bills addressed a primary need with in the second round of the NFL draft on Friday by taking Georgia Offensive Tackle Cordy Glenn with the 41st overall pick.
Glenn made 14 starts at left tackle for the Bulldogs in 2011 after making 13 starts at left guard in 2010. Standing at 6-foot-6, 345 pounds Glenn has a great combination of size and agility with long arms. Scouts say he moves well for a big man.
"He has tremendous size length and foot quickness" said Bills scout Darrell Moody. "I think he has good feet, not great feet. Don't need great feet if you have great length and great size. He is hard to get around", said Moody.
The Bills are thin at tackle with only three on the roster. Demetress Bell signed with the Philadelphia Eagles this off-season leaving Chris Hairston at LT. Hairston made 6 starts at LT in 2011 for the Bills Glenn will challenge Hairston for the starting spot on the left side.
