Buffalo (WKBW) The Buffalo Bills announced on Monday that the team has re-signed veteran defensive end Shawne Merriman to an undisclosed contract.
Merriman spent the last two seasons with the Bills but was cut by the team following training camp on August 20th. The Bills are thin at defensive end because of the knee injury to Mark Anderson. Anderson had surgery last week, but has not been ruled out for the season.
The Bills released OL David Snow and DL Jay Ross on Monday to open up room on the roster. Both were promoted from the Bills practice squad on October 13th.
