TORONTO, ONTARIO (WKBW) - It began with a fight-filled first quarter. It ended with a comeback cut short. The result: a Bandits loss in Toronto.
The Buffalo Bandits dropped to 2-2 on the season as they lost to the Rock 8-5.
There were five ejections in the first 5:12 of the game.
Buffalo trailed 6-1 heading into the fourth quarter. Goals by Roger Vyse, Mark Steenhuis, Chad Culp and Tracey Kelusky cut the lead to 6-5. But Colin Doyle added two of his four goals later to provide the Rock with their fourth win of the season.
The Bandits next host Minnesota on Friday.
