Buffalo (WKBW.com) Niagara Falls native, and former UB Football standout James Starks is a Super Bowl Champion after helping the Green Bay Packers beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 31-25 in Super Bowl 45. Starks started at running back for the Packers, and finished the game with 52 yards rushing. His family was in Dallas for the big game.
