Buffalo (WKBW.com) St. Joe's QB Chad Kelly announced on Thursday that he is taking his talents to Clemson to play his college football. The signal caller is the nephew of Bills Hall of Fame Quarterback Jim Kelly, and was recently the 5th ranked quarterback in the nation by ESPNU.
