Bisons Winning Streak Ends

The Bisons three-game winning streak came to an end Tuesday night, as the Scranton-Wilkes Barre Yankees rode a six-run second inning to a 10-6 victory at Dunn Tire Park Tuesday night.

Ed Gardner's two-run homer got the scoring started in the second. The Yanks led 8-0 after four, but the Herd got back within two in the eighth inning. Ben Francisco struck out with two on and two out to end the threat, and the Yankees got two insurance runs in the top of the ninth.

The Bisons have Wednesday off before hostin Charlotte on Thursday night.
