The Buffalo Bills made Ryan family history in the offseason. When they brought on Rob Ryan to be the assistant head coach to his twin brother Rex, it marked the first time the two had been on the same coaching staff at the NFL level.

The sibling rivalry -- even if they're on the same team nowadays -- isn't going away anytime soon. That much was on display during Rob Ryan's appearance onBarstool Sport's Pardon My Take podcast.

The Bills coach was asked who would win in a no-holds-barred wrestling match between the two twin brothers. Rob's response was succinct, and allowed no wiggle room.

"I do right now. I'd crush him. I'm huge," Rob said. "If I get in a wrestling match, I'm too good for him now."

Rob does have the advantage of a little weight on his brother Rex, after the latter had lap band surgery a few years ago and has since lost quite a few pounds. At one point, it was reported that Ryan had lost 120 pounds.

The assistant head coach then said neither twin brother has ever knocked the other one out before, but admitted they have had a few rows back in the day.

"Yeah, he got a couple lucky ones in, but, we had some pretty good fights in the day — usually against other people," Rob told Pardon My Take.

So what do you think? Which Ryan brother would win in a no-holds-barred wrestling match? Vote below:
