Structure, discipline, character and communication are the four core values Terry Pegula emphasized when the Sabres began their hunt for a general manager two weeks ago.

And, less than a week into searching for a GM for their other franchise, the Bills, it appears those traits are key in the Pegula's search to bring success and respectability back to One Bills Drive.

NFL Reporter Ian Rapoport is reporting the Pegulas are set to interview Philadelphia's Director of College Scouting Trey Brown on Saturday.

Brown has spent the last four seasons with the Eagles and was promoted to his current role in the scouting department less than a year ago.

If you watch TV, there's a good chance you seen Brown on TV, as he was featured in a Microsoft Surface commercial which began airing in September of 2016.

Prior to joining the Eagles, the 32-year-old was an area scout for the New England Patriots from 2010-2012.

He played collegiately at UCLA.
