Buffalo (WKBW) The Buffalo Bills announced on Tuesday that tickets still remain for Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers. A team official tells Eyewitness Sports Director Jeff Russo that under 2,000 tickets remain for the game with inventory "moving briskly". The Bills have until Thursday at 1pm to sell remaining tickets.
The Bills also made a couple of roster moves on Tuesday. The foot injury to Ron Brooks left the Bills very thin at cornerback so the team addressed the position. The Bills announced that the team signed CB Johnny Adams to the team’s 53-man roster. In accordance with team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed. The make room on the roster the Bills released defensive tackle Jay Ross.
Adams joined Buffalo’s Practice Squad on September 2nd. The 5-11, 177-pound Michigan State product entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent following the 2013 NFL Draft with the Houston Texans and spent time with the Texans and Indianapolis Colts at training camp before being released on August 26th.
He started 39-of-54 games played at Michigan State and totaled 157 tackles, 35 pass break-ups and 11 interceptions for the Spartans while earning All-Big Ten accolades three times (2010-12). He will wear No. 30.
