What Message Do You Have for Bills Fans?

"We appreciate their patience through the process and we're excited to build upon what we started last year under Coach Gailey and Buddy Nix- that's getting back to the playoffs and the job Coach and his staff did last year. We're excited to get ready for football and we know our fans are as well."

What is Your Plan for Training Camp?

"We will have our full training camp schedule at St. John Fisher College with players reporting this Friday. Our open practice schedule for our fans will be posted on buffalobills.com as soon as it is finalized. St. John Fisher is a great host and has provided us a wonderful place to prepare. We are extremely excited to head east to Rochester!"

What Are Your Top Priorities Coming Out of the Work Stoppage And What Are the First Steps You Need to Take?

"Our entire organizational focus is on preparing to win on the field and get back to the playoffs. It's also about providing every available resource and tool to our football staff and providing value to our business partners and fans."

COMMENTS FROM BILLS GM BUDDY NIX

What Are Your Thoughts in Regards to the End of the Work Stoppage?
"We are excited about seeing our players tomorrow. We have a lot to do, but we are in the same boat with everybody else. We are excited about getting back to work."

What Do You Say to Bills Fans As We Move Forward With the 2011 Season?
"I think everybody has shown a lot of patience and our fans have been excited. I think we are getting back the feeling that we had at the end of the year - that we were getting better and that we are going to take the next step."

COMMENTS FROM BILLS HEAD COACH CHAN GAILEY

What Are Your Thoughts in Regards to the End of the Work Stoppage?

"I think everybody that's involved in the game is excited about getting started. We're excited about seeing our players and getting on with football."

What Are Your First Set of Plans to Get the Rookies Assimilated Into the Buffalo Bills Program?

"What we will try to do is give the rookies as much extra time as we possibly can without holding back the veterans. So that's a fine line we're going to have to walk as we go into preparation for Training Camp and the season."

What is Your Plan for the Veterans Upon Their Return to the Building?

"I think the number one thing we're looking at is the conditioning level and how do we work them into football condition as quickly as possible without being dumb about it."

What is Your Plan for the Team in Terms of workouts - Will You Start with Practice Immediately or Conditioning and Class Work First?

"We will do a combination of meetings, conditioning and practice, all in accordance with league rules, and we will start slowly and work to a bigger workload as time goes on."

Will You Scale Back the Playbook Heading into Camp?

"No, we won't scale back the playbook. We'll scale back the speed of installation."
