McGee Restructures Contract with Bills

February 22, 2012 Updated Feb 22, 2012 at 7:43 PM EDT

Orchard Park, NY – (Bills Release) The Buffalo Bills today announced that the team and CB Terrence McGee have agreed on a restructured contract.

A source tells Eyewitness Sports that the new contract restructures the final two years of McGee's deal and will allow the Bills to pay the veteran cornerback less if he is not healthy. Injuries have been a problem for McGee the last several seasons. In 2011 injuries kept McGee out of all but six games.

McGee was scheduled to make 3.6 million dollars in 2012. His agent Ron Raccuia calls the new contract "The right deal for both sides".
