SPORTSBLAST: Jaworski Comments on NFL Lockout, Bills

EAST AURORA, NY - (WKBW) Lackawanna native Ron Jaworski is back in Western New York. The ESPN NFL analyst held his inaugural charity golf tournament Monday at East Aurora Country Club.

Before the shotgun start, Jaworski spoke with Eyewitness Sports Reporter Shawn Stepner, sharing his thoughts on the NFL Lockout, the Buffalo Bills, and Ryan Fitzpatrick.

Mission Statement:
Baker Victory Services is dedicated to
fostering the highest possible quality of life
and personal achievement by partnering with
children, adults, their families and the
community through a diverse array of social,
health and human services.

Summary of Services:
Baker Victory Services, which is most commonly
known as “Father Baker’s,” has been
serving individuals in need for 160 years.
What started as an orphanage and
protectory has evolved into one of Western
New York's largest human services organization.
More than 5,000 children, adults and
families are assisted annually through a
diverse range of preventive, outpatient,
educational and residential programs,
including individuals with severe developmental
disabilities, teens experiencing an
unexpected pregnancy, and young people
facing emotional, behavioral or psychiatric
challenges. The organization also offers
extensive early childhood programs, as well
as assistance to couples pursuing domestic or
international adoptions, among others.

Jaws Youth Fund
The mission of the Jaws Youth Fund is to
improve the overall health and wellness of
at-risk youth. We will do this by raising
awareness and advocating for the access to
safe play and healthy choices, and supporting
programs providing positive youth health
and wellness platforms. The JYF develops
partnerships and offers assistance to programs
and organizations that help support
youth health and wellness. The JYF also
participates in fundraising events and
campaigns to support programs and grants
to deserving organizations that work to
promote and implement long-lasting
solutions to the overall health and wellness of
at-risk youth.
