Buffalo (WKBW) Jeffrey Gundlach is a name that has been discussed before concerning the future of the Buffalo Bills and the Western New York native reportedly remains interested in pursuing the franchise.

The Buffalo News is reporting that Gundlach, the founder of Los Angeles based DoubleLine Capital, is among potential bidders on the Bills. Gundlach is reportedly among the groups that have reached out to Hall of Fame Quarterback Jim Kelly about joining on a bid.

Gundlach spoke with Eyewitness News about his interest in the Bills in 2011. "I would make a committment for sure that if I buy the Bills with the group of investors that I represent the Bills will stay in Buffalo", Gundlach said by phone three years ago. "I want to bring a championship to Buffalo and the Bills. If I can be a part of that it would be a wonderful thing".
