Orchard Park, NY (WKBW.com/Bills Release) – The Buffalo Bills announced today that the team has promoted WR Naaman Roosevelt to the 53-man roster from the practice squad.
Roosevelt was signed to the practice squad on September 7th. The 6-0, 189-pound Buffalo native and University of Buffalo product caught nine passes for 139 yards in six games for the Bills in 2010 after spending the first 10 weeks of the season on the practice squad.
Buffalo also announced that the team has placed WR Roscoe Parrish on Injured Reserve.
The Bills also announced the signing of OG Keith Williams to the practice squad. The 6-5, 310-pound Nebraska product entered the NFL as a sixth-round (196th overall) draft choice of Pittsburgh in the 2011 draft before being released by the Steelers on September 3rd. Williams started 34 of 50 games played at Nebraska.
The Bills also announced that the team has reached an injury settlement with LB Robert Eddins and released him from Injured Reserve.
