Pittsford, NY—(Bills Media Release) The Buffalo Bills today announced a new agreement with St. John Fisher College that will keep the team’s Training Camp in Pittsford, NY.

I talk to a number of players around the league and I’m thoroughly convinced that we have one of the best, if not the best, Training Camp in the NFL.”

The Bills first held Training Camp at St. John Fisher College in 2000.

St. John Fisher College Media Release:

PITTSFORD, N.Y., September 29, 2011—At a press conference on the St. John Fisher College campus, Russ Brandon, CEO of the Buffalo Bills, and Dr. Donald Bain, President of St. John Fisher College, confirmed reports that the College and the team have signed a multi-year contract for the Buffalo Bills Training Camp. The previous contract expired in August.

“Our partnership with the Buffalo Bills over the past twelve years has been very successful on a number of levels—our enrollment has benefitted from the increased exposure afforded by training camp and our reputation has been enhanced by our association with a prestigious NFL franchise,” said Dr. Bain. “The entire campus community is pleased to welcome them back.”

The College will construct a new regulation-size grass practice field adjacent to Growney Stadium and the Polisseni Track and Field Complex, which will address the Bills’ need for additional practice space. This field will also be used by Fisher student-athletes during the academic year. In addition, the College will relocate its four tennis courts, currently behind the Student Life Center, to another part of campus.
