BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - The Buffalo Bills have traded embattled running back Marshawn Lynch to the Seattle Seahawks, a source tells Eyewitness News.

The Bills reportedly received a 4th round pick in the 2011 NFL Draft and a conditional pick in 2012.

Lynch had been receiving a heavy workload this season for the Bills over last years starter Fred Jackson and rookie C.J. Spiller. Lynch was averaging 4.4 yards per carry so far this year, rushing for 164 yards on 37 attempts in four games.

Lynch had experienced some off the field troubles since arriving in Buffalo four years ago, and had been the talk of numerous trade rumors in the early part of this season.
