ORCHARD PARK, NY – (Bills) The Buffalo Bills today announced that the team has promoted WR Paul Hubbard to the 53-man roster from the practice squad.

Hubbard has been a member of the team’s practice squad since September 6th and spent a portion of the season (11/10-11/19) on the 53-man roster. The 6-2, 225-pound Wisconsin product entered the NFL as a sixth-round (191st overall) draft choice of Cleveland in 2008 and spent the season on the team’s practice squad.

The Bills also announced that the team has placed OL Cordaro Howard on Injured Reserve.

Buffalo also signed WR Rod Windsor to the team’s practice squad after being released by Cleveland’s practice squad on December 7th. The 6-1, 215-pound Western New Mexico product saw action with the Sacramento Mountain Lions of the UFL and the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League where he earned Rookie of the Year honors in 2010, posting 193 catches for 2,372 yards and 47 touchdowns.
