Bills add QB Levi Brown in 7th Round, OLB/DE in 6th

Orchard Park (WKBW.Com) The Bills said they were intent on adding a fourth quarterback, and they did so by selecting Troy QB Levi Brown in the 7th round on Saturday. The Bills made the 6-3 219 pound Brown the 209th overall pick in the draft .



A Tennessee native, Brown threw for 6,968 yards and 43 touchdowns during his college career, including 5898 yards and 37 touchdowns in his two seasons for Troy. He spent his first two years at Richmond. Brown completed 63.7 percent of his passes in his senior year at Troy, and threw for 23 touchdowns in 2009.



Brown joins Trent Edwards, Ryan Fitzpatrick and Brian Brohm as quarterbacks now on the Bills roster.



The Bills finished off the 6th round by picking Danny Batten with the 192nd overall pick. Batten spent four years as a starter at South Dakota State, he finished his career with the Jackrabbits with 274 tackles and 23 sacks.
