ORCHARD PARK, NY (WKBW) - The Buffalo Bills have placed Torell Troup on injured reserve because of a back injury. This ends the defensive tackle's hopes at playing during the 2012 season.
Troup, a second-round draft pick in 2010, played six games last season before going on injured reserve on November 30th. He underwent back surgery last December and had struggled to return to full-strength during this summer's training camp.
Troup played in 15-games during his rookie season registering 23 tackles.
