BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - Even though the NHL might be locked out, hockey fans in Buffalo can still get the fix of action with the Buffalo Sabres AHL affiliate, Rochester Americans, as they start training camp today at the First Niagara Center.

Two practices will be from 11:45 - 1:00 P.M., and 1:15 - 2:30 P.M., and will showcase some of the younger Sabres stars like Cody Hodgson, Marcus Foligno, Brayden McNabb, and rookie first round draft pick Zemgus Girgensons.

Both practices are open to the public.

Saturday Buffalo will host the inaugural CCM/USA Hockey All-American Prospects Game. The event features 40 of the top American prospects eligible for the 2013 National Hockey League Entry Draft.

Faceoff is at 7:00 P.M. at the First Niagara Center, home to the NHL's Buffalo Sabres.

Watch Eyewitness Sports at 5 and 6 P.M. and Saturday for these events and more!
