Buffalo (WKBW) Christian Ehrhoff scored the game winning goal, and Ryan Miller made 30 saves, as the Buffalo Sabres rallied for a 4-2 victory over the Boston Bruins on Friday night. The victory snapped the Sabres two game losing skid.

The Sabres scored three times in the third period to erase a 2-1 deficit. Tyler Myers tied the game at two at 2:03 of the third with his second goal of the year. Ehrhoff gave Buffalo the lead at 9:02 with his second of the season. Cody Hodgson also scored in the period on a goal that was assisted by Myers at 11:45.

Drew Stafford opened the scoring for the Sabres. The forward finally broke out of his season long slump with his first goal of the year at 3:24 of the first period. Tyler Ennis had the assist on the Stafford goal.

Defenseman Andrej Sekera needed help leaving the ice in the third period. Sekera was hurt on a hit by Shawn Thorton. Head Coach Lindy Ruff said Sekera suffered a "bad charlie horse" and will miss some time.

The 6-8-1 Sabres host Pittsburgh on Sunday.
