Sabres fall to Predators

Buffalo (WKBW) Shea Weber scored the eventual game winning goal in the second period as the Nashville Predators knocked off the Buffalo Sabres 4-1 on Tuesday night. The loss was the third straight for Buffalo.

Forward Drew Stafford scored the lone goal for the Sabres notching his 12th of the season on the power play in the first period. Stafford was playing in his 500th career game.

Nick Spaling, Craig Smith and Paul Gaustad also scored for Nashville.
The Sabres play in Carolina on Thursday night.
