Buffalo (WKBW) Vincent Lecavalier scored the game winner with 14.8 seconds remaining in the third period as the Philadelphia Flyers knocked off the Buffalo Sabres 4-3 on Tuesday night at the First Niagara Center.

It was the first time in nine games at home that the Sabres failed to earn atleast a point. It was also another loss for goaltender Jhonas Enroth. The Buffalo backup made 29 saves on the night but dropped to 1-9-4 on the season.

Cody Hodgson, Matt D'Agostini and Tyler Ennis all scored for the Sabres who put up two or more goals for only the second time in ten games. Jakub Voracek, Brayden Schenn and Scott Hartnell scored for Philadelphia before Lecavalier added his 10th goal of the season which went down as the winner.

The Sabres are in Toronto on Wednesday night.
