MONTREAL, QUEBEC (WKBW) - David Desharnais scored a pair of goals while Carey Price made 30 saves as the Montreal Canadiens beat the Buffalo Sabres 6-1 on Saturday afternoon.
Thomas Vanek scored Buffalo's lone goal on the day. His seventh tally of the season came shorthanded.
Ryan Miller made 17 saves. He was pulled following the second period in favor of Jhonas Enroth.
The Sabres host the Florida Panthers on Sunday at 3:00 p.m.
