UNIONDALE, NY (WKBW) - Ryan Miller made 41 saves leading the Buffalo Sabres to a 3-2 win over the New York Islanders on Saturday night.
Thomas Vanek had a goal and an assist.
Christian Ehrhoff scored his first goal of the season. Alex Sulzer scored the game-winning goal in the third period.
John Tavares and Colin McDonald scored for the Islanders.
The Sabres were outshot 43-15. Buffalo hosts Boston on Sunday night.
