Orchard Park (WKBW.com) It was one of the big question marks heading into Sunday's game against the New England Patriots, but the Buffalo Bills will have all hands on deck in the teams backfield.

Running backs Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller are both active and will be in the lineup Sunday against the Patriots. Both were listed as questionable heading into the game. Jackson returns after missing two weeks with a sprained knee. Spiller gets back in the lineup after sustaining a shoulder injury in last weeks game in Cleveland.

Eyewitness Sports Director Jeff Russo and Sports Anchor Shawn Stepner are both at Ralph Wilson Stadium.

Complete coverage during the "Bills Postgame Show" immediately following the game on Channel 7.
