Orchard Park (WKBW) The Buffalo Bills received a big boost on Monday. The team announced that rookie quarterback EJ Manuel has been cleared to play. Manuel has missed the last four games with a sprained LCL in his right knee. His status for Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers will be up to Head Coach Doug Marrone.

Manuel, who was injured on October 3rd against the Cleveland Browns, addressed the media for the first time since the setback on Monday morning. "Feeling a lot better.", said Manuel. "I've been working out on it the past week. I had a good workout yesterday before the game. It felt really good", Manuel continued.

The first round pick is scheduled to return to full practice on Wednesday. "Definitely looking forward to getting into practice full course, taking as many reps as coach will allow me to get. It's his decision at the end of the day.", Manuel continued. Doug Marrone is scheduled to address the media later on Monday afternoon.

In five games this season Manuel has completed 85 of 150 passes for 985 yards. He has five touchdowns and three interceptions on the year.
