Donald Trump "Unlikely" Next Bills Owner

July 28, 2014 Updated Jul 28, 2014 at 10:19 PM EDT

BUFFALO, NY (WKBW-TV) - The deadline is 5 p.m. Tuesday for all prospective Buffalo Bills ownership groups to submit their initial bids to Morgan Stanley.

One of those is New York City Billionaire Donald Trump who appeared on Fox News' On The Record With Greta Van Susteren discussed his bid for the Buffalo Bills.

"I'm also somebody that likes to buy for the right price but right now you see pricing for certain types of assets including real estate assets are going through the roof," Trump said. "I'll be bidding, but many other people will be bidding and I would say the chances are very, very unlikely because i'm not going to do something totally stupid, maybe just a little bit stupid."

Other known interested groups include rocker Jon Bon Jovi, former Buffalo Sabres owner Tom Golisano and current Sabres owner Terry and Kim Pegula.

Again, all interested ownership groups must submit their initial bids by 5 p.m. Tuesday.
