PITTSFORD, NY (Bills Press Release) - The Buffalo Bills today announced that former Bills cornerback Reggie Corner will participate this week in the first Bills Personnel Development program at Buffalo Bills Training Camp presented by Connors & Ferris.
Corner will breakdown film and attend meetings with the entire scouting department from July 21 to July 29.
“We are excited to provide this experience for Reggie and help one of our Bills’ alumni get exposure to the personnel-side of the National Football League,” said Bills General Manager Doug Whaley. “This opportunity will help Reggie gain practical scouting experience and help him build a network within the personnel community. Plus, this experience helps our organization identify former players with an aptitude for scouting. We will look to continue this initiative in the future.”
Corner was drafted in the fourth round of the 2008 NFL Draft (114th overall) and played for the Bills through 2011. In his four seasons with the team, he recorded 119 tackles, one sack, 21 passes defensed and two interceptions. Corner played his college football at Akron and is a native of Canton, OH.
