Buffalo (WKBW.com) The injuries just keep piling up for the Buffalo Bills. The teams announced on Wednesday that defensive end Mark Anderson is out indefinitely because of a knee injury.
It's another blow to a Bills defense that has given up over 550 yards in back-to-back contests. Bills GM Buddy Nix told BuffaloBills.com "He’s going to miss significant time” “We don’t know exactly how long it’ll be yet." Bills Head Coach Chan Gailey told reporters in Arizona on Wednesday that Anderson will need surgery, but at this point the injury is not season ending.
Anderson was hurt late in the Bills loss to the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. He's been credited with 12 total tackles and a single sack through the first five games.
The Bills will try and snap a two game losing streak Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals
