Akron Native selected by Green Bay Packers

Orchard Park (WKBW) Akron native JC Tretter is heading to Green Bay. The tackle who was a two-year starter at Cornell was selected in the fourth round with the 122nd pick by the Green Bay Packers.

Tretter entered college as a tight end but moved to tackle in 2010. It's expected that he'll move inside to guard at the NFL level.

At 6-foot-4, 300 pounds Tretter was a three-year starter at Akron High School playing both offense and defense. He was named to the Class C all-state second team as a senior.
