BUFFALO, NY (WKBW-TV) - They were greeted with cheers, applause and the shout song. 23 year ago today thousands of Buffalo Bills fans packed Niagara Square to welcome home the Bills after a 20-19 loss in Super Bowl 25.

Estimates pegged the crowd in attendance around 10-thousand. City officials, Bills Owner Ralph Wilson, Coach Marv Levy and players, including kicker Scott Norwood, spoke during the rally.
