ORCHARD PARK, NY – (Buffalo Bills) The Buffalo Bills today announced that the team has re-signed free agent TE Joe Klopfenstein. In accordance with team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Klopfenstein spent five weeks with Buffalo in 2009, catching one pass for 11 yards against Indianapolis (1/3). He was inactive for four games.
In his four-year career, he has played in 49 games with 38 starts and caught 34 passes for 397 yards and two touchdowns. The 6-5, 262-pound Colorado product originally entered the NFL as a second-round (46th overall) draft choice of the Rams in 2006.
