Randolph advances to state final

Rochester - The Randolph Cardinals advanced to the Class "D" State Championship game with a 61-8 victory over the Groton Indians on Friday. The Cardinals rushed for over 600 yards on big nights by Matt Hettenbaugh and Alan Lockwood. Lockwood was named the games offensive MVP.

The Cardinals are now one win away from a state championship. Randolph won its only state title in 2005.
