BUFFALO, NY - The Buffalo Sabres welcomed back winger Drew Stafford this morning. Stafford practiced with the team inside HSBC Arena after missing one game with a hip injury. To make room for Stafford, the Sabres returned Tyler Ennis to Portland of the American Hockey League.
Mike Grier practiced with the Sabres as well. Grier has missed two games with a groin injury.
Defenseman Toni Lydman should suit up on Wednesday as he is also coming back from a groin injury.
