Sabres beat Flames in Shootout

Buffalo - Ryan Miller made 25 saves, and Jason Pominville scored the winner in the fourth round of the shootout, as the Sabres beat Calgary 2-1 on Friday night. Derek Roy scored in the first period as the Sabres improved to 11-4-1 on the season. Buffalo finishes a stretch of three games in four nights Saturday in Philadelphia.
