Eggland's Best Easter Bunny LasagnaBy WKBW ProgrammingIngredients6 each Egglands Best eggs -- hard cooked, sliced 1 can broccoli cheese soup 2 cups broccoli florets 1 jar Alfred sauce 16oz 1 pound lasagna noodles - uncooked 3 cups mozzarella cheese, part skim milk - shredded 2 cups cooked ham -- diced Garnish - chopped parsley DirectionsSpray a 13 inch x 9 inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Spread half of the cream of broccoli cheese soup on bottom. Top with 3 lasagna noodles. Add half the Eggland's Best eggs, ham and broccoli and 1 cup of cheese. Spread 1/3 of the Alfredo sauce. Repeat layer. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce and shredded cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
