Ingredients

1 head Romaine lettuce

1 head of Iceberg lettuce

1 cup sliced black olives

1 cup chopped tomatoes

1 cup grated Feta cheese

1 cup chopped red onion

1 cup Balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Chop all items finely, mix together well

Top with grilled chicken, shrimp or chicken
